In this calming workshop, we take a journey deep within ourselves, first exploring the power of our own breath with some pranayama (breath expansion) to slowly settle into the beautiful in-between states of Yoga Nidra (conscious yogic sleep) where the idea of dualities fades, freeing us from unnecessary tension so that we can enter a world of deep relaxation. Tibetan bowls and other peaceful sounds will accompany the Yoga Nidra part of the workshop.
